heat coconut oil in a pan.add curry leaves,big onions chopped,tomatoes.saute it for a minute.keep sauting till onions and tomatoes become soft.now add redchilli powder,turmeric powder and salt. lastly add prawns and little water.let the prawns boil and turns round in shape. add little coconut oil on top. serve hot with rice.
Let it cook for just a couple of minutes till the shrimp is cooked. A Prawns Masala may not really be something out of the ordinaryfor most of you but with there being only one meataholic in the family, if I cook a meat or fish something, I have to cook something separate for myself
