When i was making this recipe, i reserved some tofu chunks, i thought of making tso tofu using that but one night i was starving, so i took that tofuandpanfried it in some oil and tossed it in mushroom sauce, i had it with some maggi noodles and it was delicious
You can replace tofuwithpaneerand make this curry with the same recipe. Tofu matar masala is a healthy side dish for rotis made with ‘tofu’ also called as ‘soya paneer’
