Ingredients

  • 8 bread slices
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup pure ghee
  • 1 cup suji
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 cups refined flour
  • 1/4 cup refined oil or ghee
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp oil
