Snickerdoodle(Eggless) Cookies | How to make Soft and Pillowy Snickerdoodle Cookies at home | Christmas Special Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 ml cup
  • 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup powder
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 teaspoon cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Heavy Whipping cream ( adjust)
  • 1/4 Cup castor sugar
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2. Add the softened butter and bind the flour to make a soft firm dough by adding heavy whipping cream little at a time.
  • 5. In a bowl prepare cinnamon sugar by mixing the castor sugar and cinnamon powder
  • 8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • 9. Place the balls two inches apart.
  • 10. Bake them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 7
  • 11. The snicker doodle cookies will be all puffed up . Cool them completely in a cooling rack.
