Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1 medium size bottle gourd ( peeled and cubed)
  • 1/2 cup moong dal
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut ( add more if you like coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 red chillies
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2. In the jar of a mixer, add all the ingredients given
  • 4. Add the spice paste to the cooked bottle gourd and dal mixture .
  • 5. Cook over low flame for 3
