Ingredients

  • Chopped big onions( from one big),Tomatoes – 1 big(chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Khus
  • 11/2 tbsp Aniseed
  • 1 tbsp A small bit of cinnamon and
  • 2-3 cloves Roased gram dal /pottukadalai – 11/2 tbsp Cashew nuts- 3-4 tbsp
  • 1. Remove the florets of cauliflower with hands then boil some water with turmeric
  • 5. Then add onions and green chillies
  • 7. Then add tomatoes to become soft
  • 8. Add the florets with turmeric,chilli powder,garam masala and salt needed for the gravy
  • 10. Add some water and close with a lid so that cauliflower cooks well
  • 12. You adjust the water for the gravy consistency
