  • 1/2 cup soya granules/nutrela.
  • 1 green chili/pacha milagai.
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder/milagai thool.
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder/malli thool.
  • 1 tsp sat (or as required).
  • few coriander leaves/kothamalli ilai.
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder/manjal thool.
  • 1/4 cup green peas(frozen and thawed)/pattani.
  • 1 tbsp rice flour/arisi maavu.
  • 1/2 onion chopped to fine pieces/vengayam.
