Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green peas : 1/2 cup Bay leaf : 1
  • 1 stick Cumin seed : 1 tsp Onions : 2 (medium-finely chopped)
  • finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tblsp Tomato Puree : 1 cup (Blanch 2-3 medium tomatoes for 5 minutes in water and puree in a mixer )
  • powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder : 2 tsp Red chilli powder : 2 tsp Garam masala powder : 2 tsp Salt to taste
  • 2 tblsp Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 4-5 mins Once it fluffs up,
  • 5 mins Then drain and keep
