Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Crumbled Soya/Soya Granules
  • 1 Cup Green Peas (Frozen/dried ones soaked overnight and boiled)
  • 1 Tomato 1 Onion 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Inch Piece of Ginger
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder / to taste
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala (Optional)
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves and a lemon wedge for garnish
