Ingredients

  • 100 gm Singhara fish (out into ½ pieces)
  • 5 gm Ginger (grind to a paste)
  • 5 gm garlic
  • ½ table spoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tablespoon Chilli powder
  • ¼ tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1-2 drops red color
  • For coating of fish
  • 1 tablespoon refined flour (maida)
  • ¼ tablespoon chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For garnishing
