  • 1 Cup Semolina
  • ½ Cup Rice Flour
  • ¼ Cup Plain flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 800 ml water as needed
  • pinch of soda bi carbonate
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • I onion chopped into small pieces
  • 4-5 sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sliced capsicum
  • 2-3 sliced sweet peppers
  • 2-3 sliced green chillies (optional)
  • ½ cup of sweet corn
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
