Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Roasted Vermicelli
  • 1 and 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/4 Cup Thinly chopped green beans
  • 1 Carrot finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Urad dal
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Gram Dal / Channa dal
  • 1 Small onion chopped finely
  • 1 Medium ripe tomato (grind it in a food processor to a smooth puree)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • a pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped cilantro leaves
