  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • Hing-pinch
  • Turmeric-pinch
  • 2-3 tsp Bhath pwd
  • Few Curry leaves
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
