Ingredients

  • 1 medium bowl of pasta
  • 180 grams of penne or any pasta of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 bunch of chopped spinach
  • 1 small tomato, cubed
  • 1/2 tablespoon of dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chilli flakes
  • 1/2 cup of cream (I used Amul – 25%)
  • 2 tablespoon of freshly grated cheese
