In a pan or kadhai, put some oil & ½ tsp cumin seeds, green chillies & garlic, once garlic starts changing its color, add onions & fry it till it becomes soft now add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder & stir it for few seconds
Do try sproutedgreengram kadhi and make it more nutritious with addition of sprouts. Here I have added sproutedgreen moong to the spicy gravy to get a healthier and tastier kadhi
