A very healthy item to eat also easy and quicker to make, Momos native to Asia is the Himalayan dumpling, hailing from Tibet and Nepal and consumed enthusiastically
Momos are a traditional delicacy to the Himalayas of Tibet. As I was not sure the chicken was halal or not, I had to invent something else for a friend of mine
Mix it well and Serve with hot Momos. Everest Chicken masala - 1/2 tsp (It's completely Optional. Add vinegar, soya sauce, black pepper and Everest chicken masala and cook for more 1 minutes. Place the momos to the steamer and let it steam for about 8-10 minutes
These momos are sort of healthy too leaving out that maida,these are full of veggies and steamed,only concern here is maida but that too I guess we can replace with wheat flour
its a steamed food with less oil. I have given the chickenmomos recipe here. Vegetarian can avoid shredded chicken and add vegetable like mushrooms, carrots,cabbage, capsicum etc
