Ingredients

  • 12 medium sized strawberries

  • 1 teaspoon dhania powder
  • 1 teaspoon vendhaya powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon whole)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoons channa dal
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 dry red chilli
  • 4. Add the chilli powder,dhania powder,vendhaya powder,salt and keep stirring to mix for one minute.You can add one teaspoon oil at this stage.
  • 1/2 cups of water
  • 10-15 minutes or till the time the oil separates on the sides of the kadai
