Ingredients

  • 25 minutes Cooking time
  • 30 minutes Makes
  • 1½ cups wheat flour
  • ½ cup apf
  • 1 large bunch fenugreek leaves
  • 4 large potatoes, steamed, mashed
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder / jeera powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp of ghee on it. Shallow fry the paratha till golden brown from both sides. Remove and apply 1
