Ingredients

  • 250 ml Cup

  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon husked black gram
  • 1/2 teaspoon bengal gram
  • 1 dry red chilli
  • 15-20 curry leaves
  • 3. Dry roast the ingredients given under
  • 7. Add the sambar powder and allow it to simmer for 15
