Ingredients

  • 3-4 slices of Surmai
  • 1 " piece ginger
  • 6-7 cloves garlic
  • 3-4 green chilis
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • juice of 1 lime, about 1 tb.sp
  • 2 tb.sps maida or rice flour
  • 1-2 tb.sps of rava (semolina)
