Ingredients

  • 10 minutes Cook time
  • 40 minutes Total time
  • 1 cup moong dal
  • 1 cup whole millets, foxtail used here
  • 2-3 tsp ghee
  • 1 cup jaggery
  • 4 to 6 whole cashewnuts
  • 6 raisins
  • 2 whole cardamoms
  • 5 minutes Finally, in a separate pan, heat
  • 1 tsp ghee, add cashew nuts, roast to a golden brown
