Ingredients

  • 30 minutes Marination time
  • 2 hours or overnight
  • 1 cup Garlic cloves grated – 3
  • Red chile powder / Cayenne powder – 1 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala –
  • 1 tsp Chat masala – 1/2 tsp Amchur powder – 1/2 tsp Black salt – pinch
  • 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and saute on a medium flame for about
  • 5 minutes or till the raw smell goes off
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1 green chilli finely chopped
