  • 3, boneless Button mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground black peppercorns
  • ½ tsp Salt - to taste (taste sauce & use if needed) Oil - 2 tbsp Lettuce leaves - 6 Cilantro leaves - for garnish Lime wedges - for garnish Sesame seeds - for garnish How to: Prepare fried rice as per package instructions. Cut chicken and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with sriracha, soy sauce, pepper and salt in a bowl. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add chicken and mushrooms and stir fry till fully cooked and lightly seared on all sides. Remove to a plate and set aside. To serve, pile some fried rice, chicken and mushroom on to a lettuce leaf. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and sesame seeds. Squeeze lime juice on top, wrap and enjoy! Notes: 1. I used sriracha for a Thai flavor for the stir-fry. You can use any chili-garlic sauce. 3.5.3228
