Ingredients

  • Tomato (ripe) - 4 large Onions (shallots are preferred) - 2 large (or about 2/3 cup of peeled shallots)
  • 2 nos Kashmir red chillies
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • 1 tsp oil, add to the chutney
