For rich version, instead of using water , you can use milk to cook the semiya. Bring to rolling boil and then add the roasted semiya and stir it well to avoid sticking at the bottom
We all know that curd/yoghurt is good for our health. 'Thayir' in Tamil means 'Curd'/Yoghurt'. On special occasions, festivals or a potluck party, Curd Rice or BagalaBath is prepared by mixing mashed rice with milk and curd and then tempered with mustard, green chillies and lentils
