I thought of making Chicken Malai seekh kabab a recipe which was in my mind since long I made spicy mutton biryani on sunday and aslo made these melt in mouth Chicken malai seekh kabab
Paneertikkakebab is another such delicious veg starter which is prepared the same way. Chickentikkakebab is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken marinated with curd / yogurt and fresh spices andthen baked using skewers in a clay based oven called Tandoor
Clean and cut thechicken in cubes like kabobs. So now when I got a chance to make something new and had all the essential ingredients in the fridge i just though why not
Melt in mouth delicious malai chickentikka or murgh malai kebab are one of my favourite They are just super yummy andthese taste better than the restaurant ones
Serve thePaneerTikka with lemon wedges and green chutney. PaneerTikka can be served as healthy snack for kids back from school with a cup of milk or a glass of their favourite fresh fruit juice
Later, I discovered that we could make it as a starter without the gravy and so whenever I was in search of comfort food, PaneerTikka is on the top of my list (it is just edged out by Hara Bhara Kabab and Dal Tadka which are at the top of the list)
In the same mixer jar add minced chickenand blend it to a coarse paste,. A flavorful spice powder is prepared by grinding fennel seeds, coriander, red chilies, cumin and pepper, with other simple ingredients which gives a rich and delicious taste to the dish, which can be prepared in a short time for any occasions
furthermore, have a look at my otherpaneerrecipes collections and indian curry recipes. more importantly, my husband takes the lead role in organising, preparing and barbecuing thepaneer
