Ingredients

  • 2 cups Idli rice
  • rice
  • 1 cup Urad dal
  • 1/2 cup Aval
  • 1/4 cup Fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2-3 minutes before removing them else it will be sticky
