So on popular and urgent demand we are back with the recipe for the TandooriSpiceMix that we used on the Tandoori Chicken that we brought to Fiesta Friday
Hence, I thought of making my own Tandoorimasalaspice powder at home. TandooriMasala. Making spice powder at home is always best and it gives unique taste/aroma to the dishes

Add all the dry spices to marinate the chicken to a dry pan and toast lightly till fragrant. Also add the garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and yoghurt to the mixer and blend till smooth
Paneer Tikka is a popular tandoori dish which is made in tandoors. Cook for half a minute and add spice powders(turmeric,chilli powder, cumin powder,garam masala,salt and tomato ketchup) , mix well and then add cream and mix well again
You can also add garam masala powder to increase spice level. Now in a bowl,mix salt,turmeric powder,red chili powder,ginger-garlic-green chili paste,tandoorimasala,tamarind pulp
