  • 8 slices of WW bread
  • Half block of firm tofu (you can use silken too)
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup boiled green peas
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp green chili paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • lime juice and chopped fresh coriander leaves
