in a blender add peeled tomatoes, red chillies, ginger, garlicand almonds(badam). this acts as neutralisation for the spice andmaintains the thickness to this chutney

what more i can say is don't just see the pic , quickly try and share ur feelings with me. I feel this is the perfect pulav recipe , even in hotel i don't like the pulav as they cook differently
