Ingredients

  • 1 package ( about 12 oz)

  • 1 small carrot - 1 medium spring onions - 1 tbsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • 1 Tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vinegar or lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 2 to 3min. Transfer this to a plate and set a side.
