  • 4. Now add garlic pods, tomato pieces, tamarind
  • 6. Now switch off the flame and allow this stuff to cool down completely
  • 7. In a mixer pulse this stuff along with coriander leaves to a smooth paste by adding water as required
  • 2. Now switch off the flame and pour this tempering on the chutney, mix nicely and serve this Onion tomato chutney for dosa, idli, uthappam etc
