Ingredients

  • 4 cups Tomatoes: 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes or
  • finely chopped
  • chopped
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 small or about 1/4th cup
  • 1/4 th cup
  • 1/4 th cup, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp Pulao masala: 1 tsp (refer notes)
  • 1.5 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp Curry leaves: 4-6 nos, torn
  • 1/4 th cup, loosely packed
