  • 1/2 inch Cardamon
  • Oil -
  • 1 tbsp Ghee - 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 30 mins and cook it for
  • 2 cups water
  • 3. Add the tomatoes and cook it until it turns mushy and throw in the turmeric and chili powder and continue sauteing until oil oozes out.
  • 4. Add the Rice and gently mix well with the tomato puree along with salt.
