I bought a packet of tofu and i was looking for new recipes to try it with it. I remembered a bottle of sweet chilli sauce sitting in the fridge, so i thought of using that as a marinate and coat this whole thing in breadcrumbs and fry till crispy, this way it will be crispy and flavourful
