Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp edible gum/goond
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup ghee for frying goond + 4 tbsp for roasting wheat flour (if needed you can melt some ghee and add while making ladoo's)
  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter or ghee
  • Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Dal (split green gram dal)
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tspn Asafoetida
  • 1/4 th tspn turmeric
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp ginger + garlic + green chillies paste (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala.
  • 1 cup Maize/Corn Flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of Ghee or butter spread over the roti.
  • 3/4 cup cluster beans /gavarfali , chopped
  • 3/4 cup long beans /chawli , chopped
  • 3/4 cup capsicum , chopped
  • 3/4 cup cucumber , cubed
  • 3/4 cup french beans , chopped
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds /jeera
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 2 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 3/4 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/8 tsp carom seeds
  • 1 tbsp curds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups curds , beaten
  • 1 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
  • 4 to 6 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee/oil ( i prefer to use ghee for extra flavour and aroma)
  • salt to taste
  • For The Garnish
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
