Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Frozen Green peas
  • 1/2 cup Spinach - 1/2 cup washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Curry leaves
  • 8-10 leaves Mustard seeds - 2 tsp Grated Coconut -
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili -
  • 2 nos finely chopped
  • 5-7 minutes Now pour over white batter in a same plate on to the yellow layer and again steam cook it for
  • 5 minutes Now add green batter on to the white layer and steam cook it for
  • 8-10 minutes Before taking out the plate insert the toothpick until bottom of dhokla plate to check its cooked or not
  • 2. You can also use khaman dhokla batter
  • 4. For green color you can simply apply green chutney in between white and yellow layer for different taste and variation
