  • Shark fillets or any other fish if shark isn't available
  • 4 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce I suggest using light soya, preferably Japanese
  • 3 tbsp
  • Honey
  • 1 tbsp
  • Ginger fresh, paste
  • 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice without seeds
  • 1 cup
  • Macaroni boiled, drained and lightly oiled
  • 1 cup
  • Iceberg Lettuce or other lettuce
  • 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes sliced fine
  • 1/4 cup
  • Onions sliced fine
  • 4 tbsp
  • Carrots finely diced
  • 3 tsp
  • Thai chili relish or other flavour element if you wish
  • 1 tbsp
  • Butter for frying
  • 3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil The Chinese variety
