Ingredients

  • 2 medium to large sized potatoes

  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice salt as required

  • ½ tsp chilli powder a pinch of baking soda
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup grated dry coconut
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp oil salt to taste

  • 1 teaspoon oil in skillet or pan and roast garlic cloves over low flame for
  • 1 minute turn off flame and transfer it to a plate
  • 2 large potatoes, till they are completely cooked
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds, hing and allow them to crackle
  • 5 seconds then add
  • 7 garlic and
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon oil in skillet or pan and roast garlic cloves over low flame for 1 minute turn off flame and transfer it to a plate.
  • 8 curry leaves and turmeric. stir and saute for about 5 seconds

  • 1 cup besan
