Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • approx 5 tbsp water to make batter .
  • melted butter for greasing.
  • some flour for dusting the pan
  • Some fruit or berries for topping
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 /2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2-4 tbsp fresh cream or heavy cream
