Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized bitter gourd,cut into thin semi circles
  • 15 shallots
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chilly powder
  • 2.5 tsp coriander powder
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1 small tsp tamarind paste
  • salt as required
  • 1 cup water (200 ml )
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 sprig curry leaves
