Vazhaipoo Paruppu Usili | Banana Blossom Usili | TamBrahm Style Vazhaipoo Paruppu Usili | Gluten Free and Vegan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup tuvar dal
  • 4-5 dry red chillies
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon urad dal
  • 1/4 teaspoon channa dal
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 6. Now pressure cook both the ground batter and the vazhaipoo ( kept in two separate vessels) upto 3
  • 10. Now add the boiled and drained Vazhaipoo and add salt and stir over medium flame till the excess water is absorbed.
  • 14. Now add the Vazhaipoo and mix well.
