Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 2 cups Vazhai Thandu
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut ( grated)
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 2 teaspoons rice flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1. In a jar of a mixie
  • 5. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes only or till the mixture starts to boil and switch off.
