Ingredients

  • 250 ml cup
  • 3-4 raw banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh coconut ( grated)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon urad dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon channa dal
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 2. Peel the skin and grate them
  • 4. Once tempered add the grated plantain.
  • 7. Add the lemon juice and mix once again.
