  • 3/4 th cup roasted chana
  • 1/2 tsp freshly crackled black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp clove powder
  • 3 green chilles
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp gram flour (optional)
  • oil for frying
