Ingredients

  • 3. In a pan, dry roast all the ingredients under the list "To dry roast"
  • 5. Now add dals, oats, dalia, fried onions and roast them
  • 6. Once these ingredients are nicely roasted then switch off the flame, allow them to cool and grind them to a fine powder, keep aside
  • 7. Now heat a pressure pan, add ghee once the ghee becomes hot add green chillies and ginger garlic paste
  • 8. Once these are sauteed, add carrots and any other veggies if you are using
  • 10. Now add mint and coriander leaves, fry for a minute, also add turmeric powder
  • 11. Now add curd and mix well
  • 12. Now add the ground powder to this and mix nicely
  • 15. Now add one more cup of water, salt and mix nicely
  • 16. Now add milk and mix nicely, also mash the whole stuff using a potato masher to a fine paste
  • 17. Now add lemon juice, a spoonful of ghee and mix nicely
