Ingredients

  • Chopped Cabbage
  • Chopped Capsicum
  • Grated Carrots
  • Chopped Ginger
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Chopped Ginger
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Onions
  • Soy Sauce
  • Red Chilli Sauce
  • Green Chilli Sauce
  • Vinegar (I used Apple Cider)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1. Add the chopped cabbage, capsicum, grated carrots, chopped ginger and garlic, pepper, salt to a clean big bowl. Give everything a good mix. After mixing ,the veggies will leave water, now add the maida and corn flour and knead it into a dough. (You can adjust the flours according to the moisture content in your veggies. Make sure you add enough, not more, so that flour does
  • 2. Now form small veggie balls.
  • 3. Deep fry these balls in the moderate oil until done.
  • 1. To a wok, add oil, when the oil gets hot, add chopped ginger
