Ingredients

  • 2 cups onion -
  • 2 roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint and coriander leaves - 1/2 cup ginger , chopped - 1 teaspoon garlic - 3 cloves green chilli - 2 nos bay leaf,cardamom and cinnamon stick - for tempering
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder - 2 teaspoons garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon salt - to taste
