Ingredients

  • 10 minutes Though we adults loved the flavor and the muffins, my elder one was put off with that taste, whereas my younger one relished them.
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree (i used 3 fresh Alphonso mangoes)
  • 1/2 cup date syrup (10
  • 12 nos date, made as a paste)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 tbsp of hot water
  • 1/2 tsp freshly pounded cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp tutti frutti
  • 3 tbsp almond
