  • 1 small grated sweet potato
  • 1 grated onion
  • a handful of fresh peas
  • 1-2 fresh green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander and cumin powder (often called dhana jeeru)
  • handful of frsh coriander chopped finely
  • half a cup sunflower oil for dry frying the omelettes.
